RECIPES
FIESTA CHICKEN
  • 1 16 oz. jar of "Ah" Mazing Salsa (hot or mild)
  • 4-6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg. shredded  cheddar cheese 8 oz.
  • rice or noodles can be used with this recipe
Brown chicken breast in frying pan first, about 3 min. each side. In a buttered casserole dish place either the cooked rice or noodles and top with the chicken breast, top with the "Ah"Mazing salsa. Place in the oven at 350 ° or about 15-20 min. Add pkg. of cheese over the top and place back in oven for 10-15 min. take out let cool for 5 min. ENJOY!

Add 1/2 jar to your favorite recipe. It adds a great extra something, something to the average meatloaf

"AH"MAZING CHILI
Add 1/2 to 1 jar once again to you favorite recipe: Saves you the time cutting up all of those veggie's.


TACO BAKE
  • Add "Ah"Mazing Salsa over top of cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 envelope Taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (15 1/2 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Bisquick Original baking mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
Heat oven to 350°. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown, drain. Spoon into ungreased 13x9x2 baking dish. Stir in Taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if desired. Makes 8-10 servings.

BURRITO BAKE
  • Add "Ah"Mazing Salsa over top of cheese
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained
  • 1 jar (16 oz.)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or mix with Mozzarella
Grease 9x12 baking dish. Mix Bisquick, water and refried beans: spread into baking dish. Layer meat on top and sprinkle cheese over. Bake at 350 ° for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.



Other uses for cooking with "Ah"Mazing salsa

  • Place over scrambled cheesy eggs in the morning
  • Add to rice for a great Spanish rice
  • Add to hamburgers either over the top or mix right in: for 1 lb. of hamburger use 1/4 jar
  • Add to Velveeta for a great dip
  • Use as the salad dressing for taco salad; add to your taco meat to give it an extra zip
